How to Play Mancala For Kids?

Mancala For Kids is played on a board with 12 small pits, 6 on each side, and a larger pit on each end called the "Mancala." The objective of the game is to collect the most stones in your Mancala. Here are the basic rules to get you started:

  1. Place four stones in each of the 12 small pits at the beginning of the game.
  2. Select a side to play on.
  3. Take turns picking up all the stones from one of your pits and distributing them, one by one, counterclockwise into the pits, including your Mancala, but excluding your opponent's Mancala.
  4. If the last stone you drop is in your Mancala, you get another turn.
  5. If the last stone you drop is in an empty pit on your side, you capture that stone and any stones in the pit directly opposite on your opponent's side, placing them in your Mancala.
  6. The game ends when all the pits on either side are empty. The player who has collected the most stones in their Mancala wins.
